Our Corporate Philosophy (SHINKO Way)
What is the SHINKO Way?
The SHINKO Way expresses the raison d'être of the Shinko Electric Group in society, the values we must cherish, and the principles and rules that each employee should follow in their daily activities.
All employees should fully understand the SHINKO Way and make it a habit to be conscious of it at all times, so they can naturally put it into practice. In particular, when faced with difficult decisions or judgments, the SHINKO Way—our point of origin—must serve as the standard for judgment.
Through the practice of the SHINKO Way, the Shinko Electric Group will align its direction as a single group, maximize its value, and contribute to customers, business partners, the international community, and local societies. The SHINKO Way is based on the "FUJITSU Way" of the Fujitsu Group, to which we belong, but it has been restructured and supplemented with content unique to the Shinko Electric Group.
As a member of the Fujitsu Group, we share these fundamental philosophies and aim to further enhance corporate value and contribute to society as part of the Fujitsu Group.
The Structure of the SHINKO Way
The SHINKO Way consists of four elements: Corporate Philosophy, Corporate Guidelines, Action Guidelines, and the Code of Conduct.
